Our Company
Grounded Work.
Considered Outcomes.
Yuen Horizon was founded in Hong Kong to help local organisations navigate AI adoption with the same care one applies to any long-term operational decision.

Built in Yuen Long.
Working Across Hong Kong.
Yuen Horizon started in 2021 when a small group of operations consultants and applied linguistics specialists noticed a recurring pattern: Hong Kong field teams were being sold AI tools that did not account for Cantonese, mixed-language workplace settings, or the particular pace of construction, property, and logistics work in the New Territories and urban districts alike.
We decided to build service structures around those realities. Not platforms — structured engagements with clear scope, documented performance, and human contact at every stage. The goal was never to replace operational expertise. It was to extend it, carefully.
Today we work with firms across property management, healthcare administration, education services, logistics, and financial services. Each engagement is taken on individually, and we limit the number of active clients to maintain the attention that practical AI work requires.

Mission
To make AI adoption legible for the people responsible for making it work.
That means documentation, honest performance reporting, and scopes that match the reality of operational teams — not the aspirations of vendor marketing materials.
Values
- Measured honesty — we document what works and where human oversight is still needed
- Contextual fit — solutions are shaped around your industry, language, and workflow
- Operational continuity — nothing we introduce should require you to rebuild from scratch
- Accessible reporting — executives, not just analysts, should understand what is happening

How We Work
Standards We Hold Ourselves To
Every engagement follows a consistent framework — not a template, but a discipline that keeps work accountable.
Written Scope Before Start
Every engagement begins with a scope document agreed by both parties. Scope changes follow a documented change request process — nothing expands informally.
Monthly Performance Baselines
For ongoing engagements, we track model accuracy and drift monthly. Results are reported in plain language with a clear view of where human review is recommended.
Data Handling Protocols
Client data is handled under a data processing agreement aligned with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Voice recordings and records are not used for model training without explicit written consent.
Documentation Handover
Each completed engagement includes a full documentation package — configuration records, evaluation summaries, and a reference handbook — so your team is not dependent on us to understand what was built.
Team Orientation Sessions
We run a structured orientation with field teams before deployment — covering what the system does, what it does not do, and how to flag issues. Comprehension, not just compliance.
Incident Response Commitment
For managed operations clients, a named incident response contact is available during working hours. Response times and escalation paths are defined in the service agreement before the engagement begins.
Our Expertise
AI Integration Knowledge Rooted in Hong Kong Operations
Hong Kong's operational environment has particular characteristics that affect how AI tools perform in practice. Code-switching between Cantonese and English within a single conversation is common in construction briefings, property inspections, and clinical administration alike. Organisations working across the New Territories and urban districts often have teams distributed across locations with different documentation habits.
Yuen Horizon's approach is shaped by direct experience in these settings. Our transcription vocabulary work draws on terminology from site supervision, facilities maintenance, private clinic administration, and logistics documentation — not generic corporate language. Template library configurations are tested against datasets drawn from comparable Hong Kong industry contexts before client deployment.
The managed AI operations service was designed with the recognition that most mid-market Hong Kong firms do not have machine learning engineers on staff. The quarterly subscription model gives sponsoring executives a structured mechanism for staying informed — monthly written reports are written for decision-makers, not data teams — while the day-to-day monitoring and tuning is handled by our operations team.
We do not take on an unlimited volume of engagements. The constraint is deliberate. Each client receives a named contact, a consistent team, and the kind of attention that careful AI integration work requires. If you are assessing whether AI tools are appropriate for your context, we are willing to have that conversation before any commitment is made.
