What qualifies as a completed AI pilot for the managed operations service?
A completed pilot means your organisation has run an AI model or tool in a defined context — even informally — and has some baseline results to work from. It does not need to be a formal programme. We will review what you have in our initial conversation and advise whether the managed operations service is a reasonable next step or whether additional groundwork is needed first.

Your internal contact can be an operations manager or a project lead — we handle the AI-side responsibilities.
Are the prices listed in Hong Kong dollars?
Yes, all pricing is in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). The voice transcription service is priced per month. The managed operations service is a quarterly subscription. The template library deployment is priced per engagement. Payment terms and invoicing details are covered in the service agreement before work begins.
